The workaround to the online CDC Concussion training is as follows:
1) Open the "CDC Concussion transcript and post-test" .pdf found below.
2) Send the answers to the Post-Test to [email protected] at the CDC. Be sure to include your name in the email. Jana will email your Concussion certificate to you 24-48 hours after receipt. No need to print/scan the test if you don't want to, you can just send her the answers in the text of your email.
3) Once you receive your certificate, please upload it to your Stack account.
