Belmont Soccer Association (BSA) is seeking energetic, community-driven volunteers to help lead and support our soccer programs. If you’re passionate about youth sports and want to make a real impact, this is your chance. We would love to have you join us.

Open Board Positions
All roles are seasonal and supported by experienced volunteers. Time commitment varies by role and is manageable for working parents.
- In-Town Director — Lead town soccer program (K-4) with age-level coordinators
- Travel Director — Lead travel soccer program (3-8) with age-level coordinators
- Fields Director — Manage and coordinate playing fields across town in collaboration with our Practice Coordinator and Fields Equipment Coordinator
- 1st Grade Coordinator — Introduce our youngest players to the game
- Boys 3-4 Grade In-Town Coordinator — Help organize our In-Town Boys 3-4 Grade Saturday program and Spring World Cup!
- Referee Director — Recruit, train, and support our travel youth referees in collaboration with our In-Town Referee Coordinator, Director of Coaching, and Travel Referee Assignor
- Rogue League Coordinator — Lead one of BSA’s Saturday pick-up games
- 4 × Field Captains — Community members who live near one of our fields and can serve as our eyes and ears for anything that needs attention (nets, signage, equipment, field conditions, and general upkeep)
- Handyperson — Somebody who is good at fixing things! We have so many fields and goals, we would love to build a relationship with somebody who wants to help us out
